Little Things

Terms of Service

Last updated 5 September 2026

Use Little Things for its purpose, with someone who agreed to be there. What you write stays yours. Subscriptions are monthly through Apple or Google and renew until you cancel, which you do in the store, not with us. You can leave whenever you like and take your data with you.

The agreement

These terms are between you and JOINT VENTURE COLLECTIVE LLC ("we", "us"), the operator of Little Things. Using the app means you accept them. If you do not, do not use the app.

Your account

Pairing, and the other person

The app is built for two people who both chose to be in it. Both sides accept an invitation, and either side can unpair at any time from Settings. Do not use Little Things to log information about someone who has not agreed to be there, and do not use it to monitor, track or control another person. That is not what this is, and we will close accounts that do it.

Your content

What you write and upload is yours. You keep ownership of it. You give us only the permission we need to run the service — to store your content, to show it to you and to your partner, and to back it up. We do not use it to train anything, and we do not send it to a third-party AI service. See the Privacy Policy for the detail.

You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload. Do not put anything unlawful in the app, or anyone else's private material that you have no right to share.

Plans and payment

During the beta, paid features may be granted for free through a trial or a code. Those grants can end, and when they do the account returns to the free tier. Nothing you wrote is deleted when that happens.

Storage

Storage is per couple: 1 GB on Free, 10 GB on Plus, 100 GB on Pro. If you reach the limit, new uploads stop until you free space or move up a tier. We do not delete your existing files to make room. If you unpair, each person keeps the media they uploaded.

What the app is not

Little Things is a place to keep notes for each other. It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and the health notes feature is a memory aid, not a medical record. Do not rely on it for anything of that kind.

Ending it

You can delete your account from Settings at any time; deletion is not reversible. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, particularly the pairing rule above. If we close your account for a reason other than a breach, we will give you a way to export your data first.

Availability

We work to keep the service running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Features may change as the app develops. The service is provided "as is", and to the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update the date above and tell you in the app before the change takes effect. Continuing to use Little Things after that means you accept the new version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
