Little Things is on Google Play, and only there. It installs and updates like any other app. Right now it is in testing, so the listing opens for people who have joined the test.
One email, the day it opens to everyone on Google Play. Nothing else, ever — no newsletter, and you can ask to be removed by replying to it.

The test is open to people on its list. On the Android phone, open the test link while signed in to the Google account you were added with, and tap Become a tester. This step goes away once the app is open to everyone.
Tap Get it on Google Play above and install it like any other app. Updates come through Play from then on.
Your first name, email, a password and your date of birth. Little Things is for adults, so you need to be 18 or older. Then you get an invite code to send to your partner. Most of the app starts working once both of you are in.
