You're testing Little Things.
The test runs on Google Play, and this page is the way into it, so it is worth keeping for the next time you set up a phone. You can always find it again at the bottom of ohmylittlethings.com.
Get it from Google Play
Little Things comes from Google Play and nowhere else. Updates come through Play like any other app's, and Android never shows you an "unknown source" warning.
- On the phone, signed in to Google with the address the invite was sent to, tap Join the test, then Become a tester. You only do this once.
- Tap Open on Google Play and install it like any other app.
Installed an earlier test build as a file?
Google Play can't update a copy that was installed from a file, and it won't install over one. Uninstall that copy first, then install from Google Play and sign back in with the same email and password. Your account lives on the server, so signing back in brings back everything the two of you have written.
Signing in
- If your partner sent you a code — open the app and tap My partner sent me a code on the first screen. Create your account with your first name, email, a password and your date of birth (you need to be 18 or older), then enter the code on the next screen. That pairs the two of you.
- If you are starting first — tap Create an account and fill in the same details. When you're in, the app gives you a code to send to your partner. Most of the app starts working once both of you are in.
- If you already had the app — tap I already have an account and sign in with the same email and password as before. You do not need a new code: pairing survives an update, and a code you already used cannot be used again.

If you are locked out and cannot remember your password — your
partner can let you back in without email. They open the app, go to
Account & sign-in, tap Send my partner a sign-in code,
then tap Generate a code for my partner.
They get a 6-character code that lasts 15 minutes. On the sign-in screen,
under or sign in with a code, tap Type a code, enter your
email and that code, and you are in. (If they show you a QR code instead,
tap Scan a code.) The app then offers to let you set a password you
will remember.
Or tap Forgot your password? on the sign-in screen and we'll email you a link to set a new one. Nothing after a few minutes? Check spam, or write to hello@ohmylittlethings.com from the address on your account.
When something's wrong
Reply to the invite email, or write to hello@ohmylittlethings.com. What helps most: which screen, what you tapped, and what happened instead. A screenshot is worth more than a description.
Nothing in the app is a demo. What you write in the test build is your real data, it stays between the two of you, and it carries forward to the released version.
